Whether you have specific nutritional goals or simply don't have the time, Plats DuChef can stock your kitchen with a week's worth of customized entrees prepared fresh right in your own home. Each delicious, healthy, restaurant-quality meal includes a generously-portioned entree and side dishes, at a price that includes all labor and groceries. Quantity and price is as follows:

THREE COURSE DINNER PARTY: Celebrate that special occasion with the important people in your life by treating them to a fine dining experience in your own home! Chef Xavier professionally trained will prepare a restaurant-quality 3-course dinner in your own kitchen, explaining each dish in detail to your guests. He will provide all the necessary ingredients and clean-up once he's done. This will certainly be a unique mouth-watering occasion to remember! PRIVATE COOKING LESSON: Treat someone you know or a group of friends to a private cooking lesson at home with a professional chef. Plats DuChef brings both great patience and humor to every class. You will learn to cook a delicious 3-course meal and then, with a little help from your friends, sit down and enjoy your culinary creation. After you're done, Chef Xavier will clean up and leave you to enjoy your evening. This is an ideal gift for the cooking enthusiast, couples, or groups for any size. The service is ideal for companies looking for activities that promote TEAM-BUILDING. About the Chef 

Chef Ricardo Xavier is originally from Brazil and has managed to successfully marry his love for cooking to the passion he feels for caring the folks. Chef Xavier is a Personal Chef graduated by the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and is a Certified Cook by the American Culinary Federation (ACF). He is also a member of World Association of Cooks Societies (WACS). Plats DuChef - Personal Chef Service is licensed & insured.

In United States, Chef Xavier worked as the Pastry Cook at Bäckerei & Eis (European Bakery and Italian gelato) of the Zermatt Resort & Spa (Midway, UT); as a Sous Chef by Inn on the Creek-Luxury Hotel, Restaurant & Spa (Midway-UT); and held a Cook line position at the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown and Joseph Smith Memorial Building Catering Services (Salt Lake City-UT).

In Brazil, Chef Xavier specialized the famous recipes such as Feijoada Carioca (Black beans with meat, served with white rice, sliced orange, sautéed collard green, vinaigrette and Farofa - manioc flour with bacon, onions and scrambled eggs); Moqueka Bahiana (Stew of shrimp and fresh fish with bell pepper, potatoes, onion, seasoning with palm oil, salt and pepper); and the famous Churrasco Gaucho na Brasa (Skewers of several cuts of meat seasoning with coarse salt and grilled on wood fire). Chef Xavier is not shy and looks forward to creating exotic meals and introducing them to his adventurous clients. As an added seasoning Chef Xavier's persona is as inviting as his food.
