While attending high school at Greenhill prep school, I discovered my love for cooking. I then took an internship at Sambuca in Addison for 3 years. After graduating, I spent 1 year at the University of North Texas and then realized that my life was very incomplete without cooking. I decided to apply to culinary school. I was accepted to El Centro, one of the most recognized culinary schools in the country, and then I began the most wonderful journey of my life so far. I am still today taking more classes to expand my knowledge of culinary arts.
About 5 years ago, I heard about an organization called the USPCA, the United States Personal Chef Association. The USPCA trains and certifies personal chefs
I realized that this was my calling. Since that time I have expanded my business to include not only personal chefing, but also private chef services for gourmet dinner parties and I also provide "cooking parties" where I act as the entertainment. The cooking party can be a “hands on” cooking class or just a demonstration and it is really a great couples night activity.
