Ever since she could reach the kitchen counter, Kelsey has been cooking for her family and friends. As the oldest of three kids, and with a working mom and dad, Kelsey took it upon herself to learn to cook. Her maternal southern roots and paternal New England genes led to a wide variety of culinary experiences in the Flower household! During her years as an advertising executive in food and beverage marketing, Kelsey followed the trend towards convenience-oriented products and lifestyles. With the rise of fast food and decline in cooking at home, she knew personal cheffing was a blossoming new industry. So she combined her experience working with marketing and product managers, recipe developers and food stylists with her love of cooking and entertaining to create Dinner Tonight Personal Chef Service. Kelsey lives the working mom lifestyle, too, so she understands the need to eliminate the daily stress of "What's for dinner?" She's ready to bring your family back to the table for real meals...dinners that taste great and are good for you.
What kinds of foods do you prepare? I fit your family's individaul tastes by planning menus that cover all of your favorites, introduces new tastes and flavors, and adheres to your dietary restrictions. How often do you come? I can come as often as you need the service. Some clients travel or are not at home every night, so they may need the service less often than those who want to stop eating out so much and start eating more nutritious meals at home. How much do you charge? My pricing depends on the type of service you need. Considerations include, for example, how many people will I be cooking for, what type of dietary restrictions or special considerations are there and how often will you want the service. After one conversation, I can usually quote a price that reflects your particular needs. What does your service fee cover? The price of the service includes the initial menu plannning, grocery shopping and the cost of the groceries, preparation of all meals in your home using my own equipment, packaging all meals with easy-to-follow reheating instructions, and kitchen clean-up. Other than the wonderful smells filling your home, you won't know I was there.
