Your culinary wants and needs are the most important aspect of my service: whether you prefer homestyle comfort food or restaurant-style gourmet cuisine, Good Taste Personal Chef Service has the answer to "What's For Dinner?" I assist with menu planning, recipe research, shopping, food preparation, packaging, labeling, clean up and trash removal, and leave fresh, delicious meals in your refrigerator and freezer to enjoy at your convenience. I will spend between 4 - 6 hours in your home to prepare 1 - 2 weeks' dinner entrees and "sides." Also available for dinner parties and special events.

We all want to eat well but do not have the time or inclination to shop and cook. I can make your life easier with a unique and affordable service providing you with stress-free, delicious, nutritious and satisfying meals. You will come home to a refrigerator filled with delicious meals that you will only need to heat 'n serve!

We will meet to determine your food preferences and special needs; then, I will customize a menu for you that we both agree upon. On your cook date, I will shop for your groceries, selecting the finest and freshest ingredients -- I will arrive at your home and prepare your entrees and side dishes according to your tastes and dietary preferences. I will have my own utensils and equipment.

I will package and label the food to meet your needs (single or double servings, or family style). I will leave a printed menu highlighting your selections with appropriate handling and heating instructions. You arrive home to a refrigerator filled with a variety of freshly prepared meals to choose from. Your kitchen is just like you left it, and the only evidence of my being there is the aroma of fresh, home-cooked food. I have 3 different pricing options available starting at as little as $10 per meal.

My love of cooking and creating culinary delights led me to this new and exciting career as a personal chef. I have been in the food business for more than 35 years starting out at Bishop's Buffet in Iowa, working for Morrison's Cafeteria for 16 years, and most recently, owned and operated my own meat 'n three restaurant in Goodlettsville,TN.

I have been blessed with a wonderful family including my wife of 28+ years, three grown-up children, and a menagerie of pets.
