What I do for you
  1. First we go through a 45-minute Food Interview. From this, we get to know each other and I get to know your food preferences.
  2. I go back to my office and run your preferences thru the Menu Magic Program and develop a menu for you. I e-mail or fax the Menu to you for your approval, or we modify if needed. To explain more fully what you are getting: the Standard Package is for FIVE (5) different Entrées, and you also get two or three side dishes to match the Entrée. I make you FOUR (4) Servings of each Entrée. For example, you would get FOUR SERVINGS of EACH:
    • Artichoke and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts
    • Jambalaya with Shrimp, Chicken and Sausage
    • Flank Steak Roll-Ups with Spinach and Bacon
    • Vegetable Shepherd’s Pie
    • Curried Peach Pork.
    That is just the STANDARD PACKAGE; you can choose from other CUSTOMIZED PACKAGES as well - just call for details.
  3. We take care of the payment via cash, check, Visa or MasterCard. The prices are based on how complex or simple your tastes are, but in general the cost is about what you would pay at a mid-priced restaurant. And what’s best, you OWN your restaurant...it’s all in YOUR HOME...on YOUR SCHEDULE...and you do NONE of the WORK!
  4. We schedule a Cook Day for me to work in your home. I do ALL of the following (you do not need to be present for any of this:
    • I do the GROCERY SHOPPING (the cost of groceries is included in the Personal Chef service)
    • I bring all the cooking equipment needed EXCEPT for the stove, sink, refrigerator and freezer—really—I bring EVERYTHING ELSE
    • I do all the prep., cooking, cooling, packaging, and store YOUR ENTRÉES in YOUR FREEZER
    • I clean and pack up my equipment and clean your kitchen to the way it was when I got there.
  5. You come home and eat WHAT you want WHEN you want, and have one to two EXTRA HOURS PER DAY to do what you want!
