Pamela has been cooking for others for more than 15 years. In addition to personal cheffing, Pamela has cooked for dinner parties, baby showers, wine-tasting parties and family reunions, just to name a few functions.

She goes over a detailed food questionnaire with her clients to ascertain their food likes, dislikes, and allergies. She then puts together a custom menu designed personally for the client.

Pamela is a regular contributor to "Personal Chef" magazine, the official publication for personal chefs. She received her personal chef training from the United States Personal Chef Institute and is a proud member of the accompaning organization.
