Are you tired of the same old things for dinner every night? Don't have time to plan and cook healthy, nutritious, and tasty meals? Can't take another night of fast food, pizza, or Chinese takeout? There is another option, and it's more affordable than you might think. Personal Chef services are the fastest-growing trend in food service today. Why go to the effort of planning meals, shopping, and cooking for yourself and your family? Why go to the time and expense of going out to a restaurant every night? You can have great-tasting meals, prepared from the freshest ingredients, specially prepared according to your family's specific dietary likes and needs. Lactose intolerant? Allergic to onions? Just don't like tomatoes? No problem! Chef Andrew will find out all of your food likes, dislikes, and dietary restrictions before he cooks a single dish for you. His vast library of recipes, many of which are easily adaptable, assure that he can meet all of your needs without having to give you the same meals again and again. Standard service will provide you with ten days worth of meals, most of which will be stored in your freezer. Simply thaw the desired meal in the refrigerator overnight, and heat it when you are ready to eat it. Most meals reheat in 30 minutes or less, and all meals are guaranteed to taste as fresh after reheating as if they had just been prepared. About the Chef
Chef Andrew is a 2004 graduate of the New England Culinary Institute in Montpelier, VT, which was named the best culinary school in the country that year. His experience in this program and the related internships have given him a broad base of knowledge about food and cooking, and hands-on experience with many styles of cuisine. Chef Andrew is a member of the United States Personal Chefs' Association, and has recently completed their Personal Chef Service Home Study Program. He is fully trained and insured to work in your kitchen. Chef Andrew is ServSafe certified, meaning that he has a tested and demonstrated knowledge of food sanitation issues.
