Chef Kim, owner of Your Place Tonight Personal Chef Service, is a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA) and also of the University of Rochester. She enjoyed the challenge of working in biomedical research for 5 years until she chose to realize her creative dream of becoming a chef. Cooking has been her passion for most of her life and she loves supplementing and continuing her education with an eclectic variety of cooking courses at various culinary institutions such as Le Cordon Bleu Paris located in Ottawa, Canada. She has taught children's cooking classes at the Perinton Community Center and is now available for in-home interactive cooking parties using a variety of menus. In addition, Kim is a Gourmet Consultant for the "new-to-the-area" Two Sisters Gourmet company and can help you serve impressive and delicious, gourmet food without the fuss! As a member of the prestigious association of Women Chefs and Restauranteurs (WCR), Chef Kim follows food trends and discriminately prepares fabulous dishes using only ingredients of superior quality. Her dedication to her client's satisfaction is paramount.
