Vickie Kirlick, chef/owner of Traveling Gourmet has been a certified personal chef since 1996. Ms. Kirlick is past-president of the New Jersey chapter of the USPCA and lead instructor at the Culinary Business Academy in New Mexico. Ms. Kirlick has received numerous awards for her dedication and contributions to the Personal Chef Industry. She is also on the Advisory Committee of the School of Hotel Restaurant Management at Bergen Community College.
