ABOUT THE CHEF

Chef Barbara Natale holds the designation Certified Personal Chef by the United States Personal Chef Association.

A MATTER OF TASTE, PCS was created over eight years ago. With a multitude of cooking experience under her belt, Chef Natale has taught cooking classes for many years and has shown her students how to cook foods that are not only delectable but healthy, as well.

With a continuing interest in the way our diets influence our health and well being, Chef Natale keeps abreast of nutritional research on the subject. She specializes in creating and cooking recipes that keep our arteries free from cholesterol and fat deposits. So many of the low-fat products on the commercial market contain added sugar to replace the fat. For the most part these products simply don't taste good and certainly aren't fresh. Natale is not willing to sacrifice good taste so she has revised her own recipes and continues to create new ones that are low in saturated fat and cholesterol and yet are free of sugar, tons of butter and cream.

At A MATTER OF TASTE, we believe that meals cooked with whole, fresh foods that are in-season are fresher, more appetizing and delicious. When we cook for you, your family and friends will never know they are eating food that is good for them.
