Many of us love to cook, but never seem to have the time, that is where a Personal Chef can make a difference. My love for cooking and making people happy are what makes this not a business but a pleasure.

As a Personal Chef I will plan everything from examining your food questionnaire to ensuring I design a menu right for you. Then on your assigned cooking day I will shop for the freshest ingredients, come to your home and prepare and package your meals.

What’s in a name?

Coming up with a name for any business is a challenge. It must have meaning, depth and most of all character! As I embarked upon the journey of identifying a name for my personal cheffing business I reflected upon why I have always love to cook and make people happy.

Like many of my Italian friends, I grew up in the kitchen with my grandma, Rose, and my fondest childhood memories came from her. I never knew that ironing my Uncle’s clothes or making a Sunday dinner for my cousins would be considered a chore for many teenagers, like it is today, it was just what I did, lovingly, without complaint.

I learned that food and family, no matter how simple or complex the recipe brought families together. It was our norm, our tradition and our life. I could not imagine that families lived their lives differently from ours, after all, why would they?

Growing up Italian meant the kitchen was ‘the’ gathering place for both friends and family. Still to this day, when you come into my home, don’t be surprised that you will be well fed and you never leave the kitchen.
