What's for Dinner? Sage Offerings has the answer!

Customized menus are developed from an in-depth interview conducted in your home. A variety of healthy menus are provided based on your food likes, dislikes, health concerns and dietary requirements.

Complete grocery shopping the day of your service for the freshest and finest ingredients. I search for the best in fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs. Only the freshest seafood and top quality meats are selected.

All cooking is in your home using my equipment and utensils. I bring everything I need with me and take it when I leave.

Meals are packaged for the refrigerator or freezer in attractive disposable containers that go from the freezer to the microwave or oven and to your table. Complete reheating instructions are left.

You come home to a clean kitchen and your house smells wonderful. I even take out the trash and garbage. There might even be a little welcome home gift for you.

Turn on the oven and before you can even get your clothes changed and get half way through that relaxing glass of wine, a hot, healthy meal is ready to be enjoyed with your family.




Chef Julie has been cooking nearly all her life. She recalls when she was about nine or ten, her mother was away at a conference and she prepared all the meals for her father and two younger sisters. When she was a teen-ager and her family entertained on a week-night, she filled in as cook for her working mother. Sometimes, she admits, it took a call to mother, "How do I cut up the chicken?" Next time she knew how!

She loves to try new recipes, new ingredients and new techniques. She subscribes to many cooking magazines and when another cookbook comes into the house her husband say, "You need another one?"

A Personal Chef Service takes advantage of her passion for cooking and her great organizational skills. Now she wants to share what her friends and family have been experiencing for years. "What more could you ask-to do something you love and get paid for it?" asks Julie.

As a graduate of the United States Personal Chef Institute in Rio Rancho, NM, Julie is a Premier Member of the United States Personal Chef Association (USPCA). She is working on her Certificaiton as a Personal Chef and is dedicated to excellence in the industry.
