I love to cook! It's an exciting challenge and great fun to work closely with my clients to create menus that they savor. I am a graduate of the Westlake Culinary Institute, Member of the U.S. Personal Chef Association, and trained as a kitchen manager in safety and sanitation.
What areas do you service? I'm based in Thousand Oaks, but serve clients throughout Ventura and Los Angeles Counties. Do you cook at my house? No. I own my own commercial kitchen in Thousand Oaks. I cook for my clients here, and then deliver at the end of the day. Is it really expensive? My prices are extremely competitive. I'm sure that you will find them to be the same as your regular restaurant bill. However, you have the added bonus of knowing that all of my meals are prepared fresh and healthfully. Where do you shop for food? My commitment is to using only the highest-quality ingredients. My regular stores include: Gelson's, Bristol Farms and Whole Foods.
