Diah's kitchen Personal Chef service offer delicious, customized dinner in the comfort of your own home without any of the work. My service takes your lifestyle and food preferences and creates a custom menu for your approval. Once that is done I will shop,come to your home with all my equipment and prepare, package and label (with heating instructions) your dinner. You will come home to the smell of homesyle cooking, a clean kitchen and refrigerator full of food. You could also hire my service for in home catering and dinner parties. This allow the host to be able to enjoy the guest without having to wory about cooking and most importantly cleaning! 
Cooking is my passion. I have been cooking all my life. I graduated from Culinary art, National hotel and Tourism Institute. After 15+ years of cooking career in hotel, restaurants and country club, I have decided to start my Personal Chef service. I received my personal Chef training at the Culinary Business Academy in Atlanta,GA and I am a member of the United States Personal Chef Association.
How does a Personal Chef service work ? The initial meeting is to speak to you about your lifestyle and food preferences. I will customize a menu for you and your family.A cooking day will be schedule for me to come to your house. I will shop for your items in the morning and arrive at your home with all the necessary equipment. I will then prepare all of your meals, package them and clean up. This takes approximately 4-6 hors depending on the complexity of the menus. The meals are then labeled and stored for your convenience. How often do you come ? That is completely up to you! my basic service is for 5 entree and side dishes with 4 serving each.For some this would last a week and for others it could last a month. The serving can be adjusted to fit your lifesyle. What does the fee include? Your fee includes the menu planning, cost of food, shopping, preparing, cooking and packaging your entree with reheating instructions. Why do I need Personal Chef when I can buy frozen dinner at the market? Quality and nutrition. Look at the label of any frozen dinner product. How many of the ingredients do you even recognize? A personal chef will only use the freshest ingredients and does not use preservatives or additives.
