You'll come home to a refrigerator and freezer stocked with customized meals made with the freshest ingredients, ready to be heated and served at your convenience. Each menu is personalized for you after completing an extensive food questionnaire to determine your preferences and any nutritional goals or concerns. Whether you're looking for healthier food, trendy gourmet food, comfort food or need help with a special diet prescribed by your physician, Cuisine For You and Nutrition Too has the solution! Cuisine For You and Nutrition Too also offers nutritional counseling featuring personalized weight management plans. 
Meg Woodard, R.D. has always had a passion for everything to do with food. She holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition, is a Registered Dietitian and a Professional Personal Chef. Meg has 20 years of experience working in nutrition and culinary industries, with several years in the field of weight management. She also worked as corporate dietitian for two major supermarket chains in California where she designed and managed a nutrition program for consumers and developed and had published hundreds of recipes. Meg has made numerous regular appearances on major network television and radio programs providing the lastest nutrition information and culinary tips to the public. She has also authored many nutrition and culinary related brochures. Meg is a premier member of the United States Personal Chef Association and a member of the American Dietetic Association.
How much does your service cost? Each chef service is personalized. The price will vary depending on the number of meals prepared and if there any special service requests.
