The Catered Kitchen Personal Chef Service is a unique and healthy alternative—All too often our busy lifestyles force us to choose fast food or tasteless frozen dinners when we’d much rather enjoy the benefits of good, home-cooked meals. Unfortunately, our schedules leave us little time to plan, shop for, and prepare the kind of food we would like to eat. The Catered Kitchen is your answer to your Dinner Dilemma.

Customized Menus—Our goal is to make each meal the very best you have ever tasted with the freshest ingredients. We have the ability to prepare gourmet meals to your specifications as well as prepare favorite recipes you may have. In order to accomplish this we must know about your food preferences and your dietary needs. Chef Yaffa Shamy will come to your home and conduct an interview while completing a detailed food questionnaire. From this questionnaire, sample menus are created including entrees and some side dishes and are presented to you for your approval prior to your scheduled service day.

Meal Preparation in Your Home—Once you have approved your menu, we will schedule a day to cook in your home. We will shop for all the groceries and arrive with all of the utensils we need to complete your meals at your home. We will cook, package, refrigerate or freeze each item, and leave thawing and reheating instructions. By following these instructions your meals will taste like they were just prepared! We leave your kitchen clean and your home smelling wonderfully. Simply reheat the meals and enjoy the free time with your family, the tasty food, convenience and stress free evening.

Variety of Healthy Menus—We have the ability to cook not only to your tastes, but also according to your dietary needs. There are over 500 entrees available, including vegetarian, low-fat, dairy-free and more. Because we shop on your scheduled cooking day, you are assured the freshest product possible.

Yaffa Shamy is a graduate of The New School Of Cooking in Los-Angeles, CA. and the Culinary Business Academy in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. She is licensed and insured. Chef Yaffa is also a Premier Member of the United States Personal Chef Association.

Special Services--Do you need help at the holidays? Chef Yaffa can help so you can spend less time in the kitchen and more time enjoying the holidays. Chef Yaffa also can be your “secret chef”, preparing the entire meal, leave you with heating and serving instructions so that you may present the feast yourself.
