Julia is the fourth generation of her family to be in the food business. With over 15 years’ experience in recipe development and menu planning, she combines her education and experience to offer you the ultimate in home cooked meals.
She studied at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and Greystone, St. Helena, CA, as well as UCLA.
She has made sales presentations to Marriott, Applebee’s, The Olive Garden and many others.
A certificate in Meeting & Event Planning as well as her experience in quantity food preparation enables her to plan events and meals for 5 to 500.
